How do I get an online hire estimate?
Step 1 - CALCULATE THE ESTIMATE
- Choose your hire branch, vehicle, dates and a rough idea of your mileage and then validate your choice.
- The quote appears. For some categories of vehicles, you'll have to choose between a payment online or a payment at the departure. For your information, the price is cheaper if you pay online.
- Price details what is included (days, kilometres, insurance) and what is optional (e.g. second driver insurance, child seat, or sat nav).
Step 2 - LOGIN
You are OK with the quote. Login to make your booking.
- You have ever booked on our website ? Enter your email and your password, check your private informations and validate.
- It's your first visit on our website ? Create your account. Enter your email, choose a password and enter your personal informations. Then validate.
Step 3 - CONFIRMATION
You have chosen to pay now, please pay online.
You want to pay at the departure, you don't have to do anything else now.
In each case, you'll receive an email for the confirmation.
I lost my password. What can I do ?
Clic on Get Password.
Enter your email and validate. You'll receive immediately your password by email.
Can I benefit from your web rates if I book my vehicle over the telephone?
No. Our web rates are ONLY valid if you book online.
Will I be certain of getting the car I book?
When your booking is confirmed, your branch undertakes to give you the requested category of car. It's not available ? Your branch will give you a vehicle of a superior category for the same price.
However, it cannot guarantee a specific model.
What happens if I cancel my booking ?
The estimated amount of the rental will be fully refunded if the customer cancels more than 7 days before the rental is due to begin. After that time, the following cancellation charges will be withheld by the hire company :
• from 3 to 7 days before departure: 20% of the estimated amount
• from 1 to 2 days before departure: 30% of the estimated amount
• The day of departure: 100% of the estimated amount
