Organized by Jean-René Bernaudeau, the team based in Les Herbiers (in the west of France) is made up of 22 racing cyclists from 22 to 37 years old.

Every racing cyclist is wearing proudly Europcar colours with its green jersey. Goal of this partnership: to develop Europcar’s fame!

He was born in 1979 in Alsace (in the east of France). When he was 7 years old, he migrated to La Martinique with his parents, where he falls in love with cycling. He comes back to Metropolitan France when he was 17 for his studies.
 

His professional career: faithful from the beginning to Jean-René Bernaudeau
- 2011-2002 : Team “Bonjour
- 2003 - 2004 : Team “Brioches la Boulangère
- 2005-2012 : Team “Bouygues Telecom
- Since 2011 : Europcar Team
 

His main victories: one of the best racing cyclists of the years 2000!
2003: 1st victory as a professional during the Classic Loire Atlantique!
2004 and 2010: France champion
2007: winner of Grand Prix de Plouay and of Grand Prix Cycliste de Québec
2009 and 2012: winner of two stages of the Tour de France.
 


Thomas Voeckler: the legend of the Yellow Jersey…
Tour de France 2004: when he was 25, he has been owner of the Yellow Jersey during 10 days, defending it bravely in Les Pyrénées in front of famous Lance Armstrong.

Tour de France 2011: Thomas Voeckler did the same performance putting on the Yellow Jersey at the end of the 9th stage, after a spectacular break of 167 kilometers. He kept it during 10 days successives!
