In November, 2009, Europcar Atantique has opened its first eco-responsible agency in Les Herbiers (France, Vendée) :

- Solar panel.
- Regaining and recycling of rainwater under the car wash.
- Energy-saving light-bulb.
- Waste separation.

"Because of the regaining tank ok rainwater which can contain 7500 liters, we have a water stock which cover 2 months of car wash with 200 departures per month and being careful not to waste."
